ReadyCare, a division of job Ready, Inc., is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. There are 8 additional Alaska offices, located in Homer, Delta Junction, Fairbanks, Glennallen, Seward, Soldotna, Cordova and Wasilla. ReadyCare is a visible and reliable provider in all the communities in which they operate through their reputation for caring, quality and individualized plans.

ReadyCare providers develop goals and objectives for each person that receives services. ReadyCare has a Quality Assurance team to track quality of service and to make improvements or modifications when needed. For example, clients sign and initial daily timesheets to indicate that services were provided and that they were satisfied with the care. The ReadyCare team reviews the timesheets and is in contact with the client on a consistent basis to ensure services are going well. The client also receives a monthly summary of progress on goals and objectives. Through this system of Quality Assurance, ReadyCare maintains the best possible care for their clients.

ReadyCare is also a passionate advocate for improvements in home care at the state level. In alliance with other providers, ReadyCare is leading the effort for Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Reform in Alaska.

At the personal level and at the policy level, ReadyCare’s Home Care Services provides community support for Alaskans who need care.
